The identifier for the user account.

  • The identifier must start with a letter and continue with letters and/or digits.
  • Underscore "_" is allowed, but not dash "-".
  • Upper or lower character case is significant.
  • The identifier must be unique within the database of this site.

Required! A valid email address for the user. It must be unique within the database of this site.
When your account has been enabled, an email with instructions on how to set your password will be sent to this email address.
Some email addresses allow your account to be immediately enabled, depending on the configuration of this particular site.
Other email addresses require an administrator of the site to enable your account after inspection.
The ORCID of the user; see the ORCID website.
The user's given name, including middle-name initials.
The user's family name.
ISO format using number for the month: YYYY-MM-DD
Abbreviated name of the university; select from the drop-down menu, if present.
If not present in the menu, write abbreviated name of university or company in the field to the right.

Data policy

The personal data you provide in this system is to enable SciLifeLab to contact you about your proposal, carry out administrative and review activities, compilation and analysis of provided research data. The information you provide will be processed by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (dataskyddsförordningen) on the protection of natural persons about the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. The following parties have access to your personal data: SciLifeLab Board, SciLifeLab Management Group, SciLifeLab Operations Office, Research field experts and SciLifeLab Data Center. Your personal data will be deleted when no longer needed, or when stipulated by the archival rules for the university as a government authority. If you want to update or remove your personal data please contact datacentre@scilifelab.se.
